Here you can view your Recent Order Status and check out your Order History, also you have an option to reorder an item from your Order history which saves you Time!
Account Information
In Account Information you have the option to change your email address and/or password.
Address Book
In Address Book you can View, Update or Add Additional Addresses.
My Orders
In my orders you may view your Order information, you can also print a copy of the details for your record.
This is how a single order looks like if you click on the view order link. You can print order here too. Reorder will take you to cart page. The cart will automatically be populated with the items that were in the order.
My Return Requests (RMA)
Returning an item is easier than ever! Click here to follow these steps to start the online return process.
Step 1:
Log into your account, once opened then click on “Account” to view your Dashboard
Step 2:
Next click on “My Return Request (RMA)” on here you can view all the Orders that are Pending Approval
Step 3:
Next Click on “New Return” on here you are able to view all the orders that have been approved and delivered to you.
Step 4:
Select the Order in which you wish to return by clicking on the “Return” link. Once opened you can view each individual item from that order.
Step 5:
Next choose the item you want to return, provide the return information by selecting the Quantity, Reason, Item Condition and Resolution. You may also add any additional comments below,You may upload files and images regarding your return once done hit the “Submit Request” button..
